1. 服务说明
Echo 是一款 macOS 语音输入工具,用于将语音转写为文本,并把文本输入到当前输入框。部分功能可能依赖系统权限、本地模型、网络状态或第三方服务。
2. 软件授权
在你遵守本协议的前提下,我们授予你一项有限的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可,用于在你的 Mac 设备上安装和使用 Echo。你不得反向工程、破解、绕过授权机制或以未经许可的方式分发本软件。
3. Pro 订阅与 App Store 内购
Mac App Store 版本的 Pro 订阅通过 Apple 内购提供,当前计划包含月度订阅和年度订阅。订阅价格、计费周期、试用或促销、税费、续订、取消和退款,以 App 内 Apple 购买表单和你的 Apple 账户规则为准。
Pro 权益包括工作套件、场景适配规则、自定义预设、完整主题库、每月 Pro 积分和托管额度等。购买或恢复订阅后,Echo 会把 Apple 交易状态同步到后端,再刷新 App 内权益;最终可用状态以后端权益快照为准。
4. AI 与云端功能
Echo 可能提供可选 AI 补强、搜索后回答、选区修改、翻译、剪贴板处理、工作套件、场景适配规则、总结和看屏幕功能。AI 输出可能不准确、不完整或不适合直接用于专业场景。你应自行审查输出内容,尤其是在法律、医疗、金融、人事、合同或其他高影响场景中。
5. 用户内容与责任
你对通过 Echo 输入、转写、保存或发送的内容负责。请不要使用 Echo 处理你无权处理的内容,也不要用于违法、侵权、骚扰、垃圾信息或规避平台规则的行为。
6. 本地模型与第三方服务
本地模型、云端模型、搜索服务、系统服务和第三方接口可能有独立许可、可用性限制和隐私政策。你使用相关功能时,也应遵守这些第三方条款。
7. 可用性与变更
我们会努力保持软件可用,但不保证任何功能永久可用或完全无错误。我们可能出于安全、兼容性、产品规划或法律原因修改、暂停或停止部分功能。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内,Echo 按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不对因使用或无法使用本软件导致的间接、偶然、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任。
9. 终止
如果你违反本协议,我们可以暂停或终止你使用 Echo 的权利。终止后,你应停止使用并删除软件副本,但已产生的订阅、取消和退款仍按 Apple 的账户与商店规则处理。

1. Service Description
Echo is a macOS voice input tool that converts speech into text and inserts the text into the active field. Some features may depend on system permissions, local models, network state, or third-party services.
2. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Echo on your Mac devices. You may not reverse engineer, crack, bypass licensing, or distribute the software without permission.
3. Pro Subscriptions and App Store In-App Purchase
Pro subscriptions in the Mac App Store version are offered through Apple in-app purchase, currently planned as monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscription price, billing period, trial or promotional offer, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by the Apple purchase sheet shown in the app and by your Apple account rules.
Pro access includes work suites, app-aware rules, custom presets, the full theme library, monthly Pro credits, and hosted usage. After purchase or restore, Echo syncs the Apple transaction state to the backend and refreshes in-app access; the final availability is based on the backend entitlement snapshot.
4. AI and Cloud Features
Echo may provide optional AI correction, search-backed answers, selected-text editing, translation, clipboard processing, work suites, app-aware rules, summarization, and screen-context features. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for direct use in professional contexts. You are responsible for reviewing output, especially for legal, medical, financial, HR, contract, or other high-impact use cases.
5. User Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for content you input, transcribe, store, or send through Echo. Do not use Echo to process content you are not allowed to process, or for unlawful, infringing, abusive, spam, or platform-evading activity.
6. Local Models and Third-Party Services
Local models, cloud models, search services, system services, and third-party APIs may have separate licenses, availability limits, and privacy policies. When you use those features, you must also comply with the relevant third-party terms.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Echo available, but we do not guarantee that any feature will be permanent or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, product, or legal reasons.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the software.
9. Termination
If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your right to use Echo. After termination, you must stop using and delete copies of the software. Existing subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds remain subject to Apple's account and store rules.
